**POSITION SNAPSHOT** Location: Rayong Company: Nestlé Business Unit/Division: Technical and Production Full-time 5+ years of working experience in maintenance field from food or beverage industry **A DAY IN THE LIFE...** + Coordinate and define maintenance plans to ensure: + **Compliance with safety, quality, legal, and Nestlé standards.** + Apply risk assessments and intervention modes. + Achieve KPIs like zero accidents, NSAT compliance, and water ratio targets. + **Maintenance Planning, Reduction of unplanned stoppages.** + Implement world-class maintenance using TPM and AMM. + Ensure schedule compliance and reduce downtime. + Monitor changeover times and maintenance completion rates. + **Budget Management** + Support zero-based budgeting for maintenance. + Analyze actual vs. planned expenses monthly. + **Materials Handling & P2P** + Manage goods receipt and documentation. + Initiate purchase requisitions and handle goods issue for engineering materials. + Monitor stock levels and minimize understocked items. **ARE YOU A FIT?** + Bachelor’s of Engineering or related field + Minimum 3 years in machinery maintenance (preferably in food or consumer goods industry). + Ability to communicate and convinced through different cultures + Good project management skills. + Good negotiation & problem-solving skills + Able to communicate well in English
