As a Maintenance Engineer, you'll perform general maintenance, respond to work orders, and perform compliance checks. **Education Qualifications:** + 2 years of classroom training or 2 years of experience in building maintenance. Key Responsibilities: + Responsible for general maintenance in the Essentia Health Spooner Clinic. + Provides routine and preventative maintenance including inspection, general maintenance and repairs on various systems, such as pressure boilers, basic HVAC systems, fire safety systems, emergency generators, and patient care equipment. + Addressing maintenance tickets that are entered by staff. + May provide emergency repairs and perform additional duties as assigned. Schedule: This position is 16 hours per week. Hours will primarily be weekday mornings. **Licensure/Certification Qualifications:** + Must meet the driving requirements and criteria acceptable to Essentia Health’s insurer.
