Job Description Summary:
Job Objective
'Supports daily operation and monitoring of utility systems including water treatment, boiler, and refrigeration. Performs routine and preventive maintenance tasks, and ensures compliance with safety and environmental procedures. Assists in technical troubleshooting, data recording, and participates in TPM and continuous improvement activities to support reliable plant operations.Key Result Areas
- Input utility data for short-term capacity and CAPEX planning.
- Support facility CAPEX by updating project records.
- Conduct routine inspections and daily maintenance (boiler, cooling, WWTP).
- Ensure operational compliance and report daily EOSH issues.
- Attend technical training programs.
- Execute TPM/5S tasks and improvement activities.
- Collect data via checklists and mobile systems.
- Perform SOP-based quality checks.
- Join assigned energy-saving/environmental activities.
- Follow safety protocols and report hazards.
- Record shift notes and equipment status.
- Engage in team-based communication.
- Record daily KPIs and system operations.
