Hydraulic Maintenance Mechanic for a Aerospace/Medical Device Company

Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Engineer with over three years of experience in industrial maintenance. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hands-on work and machinery repair. This role involves performing both electrical and mechanical predictive and corrective maintenance tasks.
Responsibilities
Perform all electrical and mechanical predictive and corrective maintenance.Maintain Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) and troubleshoot communication issues.Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems with a focus on hydraulics.Maintain electrical equipment and components, including frequency controllers, electrical conductors, conduit, cable trays, power panels, motor control centers, and overhead lines.Repair or replace defective equipment parts using hand tools and power tools, and reassemble equipment.Fabricate and repair tooling and machines when necessary.Essential Skills
Experience with hydraulics and mechanical troubleshooting.Proficiency in PLC troubleshooting and maintenance.Knowledge of pneumatic systems and repair techniques.Experience with compression and injection molding.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with programmable logic controllers.Mechanical knowledge with a focus on hydraulics.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
This position is for the 2nd shift, with starting times at 11am, 12pm, or 1pm depending on candidate preference, ending at 11pm. Initial training will take place on the 1st shift for four weeks. The facility operates 24/7 with over 25 presses and injection molding machines. You will be part of a dedicated maintenance team ensuring seamless operations.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $33.00 - $38.00/hr.
