Responsibilities

The Maintenance Engineer performs the duties necessary to keep the physical structure and associated equipment of the facility in good repair. This includes but is not limited to preventative, emergency, corrective and routine repairs, hot water systems, electrical, mechanical, hire safety, plumbing and HVAC equipment. Responsibilities also include cleaning, grounds keeping, painting/carpenter, masonry duties as directed to maintain the interior and exterior physical structure of the building.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required


Valid Driver's License required.

Compensation Detail

Compensation range is $30.76 -$33.96 / hour based upon union contract
