Job Description

The Maintenance Engineer is responsible for improving products, processes, and machinery within the Production Unit (PU) to enhance yields, efficiency, quality, and logistics performance, working under general supervision. The role performs troubleshooting activities within the factory, diagnosing and resolving issues related to the performance of physical assets and process adjustments. The role formulates solutions for partial technical problems by integrating previous experiences, technical analysis, and feasibility studies to address challenges effectively. The role offers technical support and guidance to production teams during initial startup phases, actively contributing to refining and enhancing the production process.


Your role:

Assists in maintaining up-to-date documentation of maintenance activities and initiating updates to address any missing or outdated rules and requirements.Provides technical support and guidance to production teams during startup phases, contributing to the improvement of the production process, ensuring seamless operations.Develops solutions that require a multi-disciplinary approach and knowledge of basic principles, theories, and concepts, utilizing Root Cause Analysis to review various factors and data sets.Establishes technical conditions to ensure uninterrupted production processes, assisting in production planning aligned with preventive maintenance schedules to facilitate efficient production and maintenance operations.Contributes to cost control, asset utilization, spare parts inventory, and environmental health and safety compliance, formulating policies to ensure a safe working environment regarding Maintenance and Asset Management (SAFE).Develops maintenance plans, schedule activities, and executes corrective and preventive maintenance tasks on diverse equipment and systems to ensure optimal functionality and reliability.Contributes knowledge and experience to collaborative efforts aimed at developing and enhancing maintenance tools and processes to optimize long-term efficiency.Ensures production progress meets agreed-upon standards by monitoring machine performance, providing support as needed in addressing escalations and corrective actions.

You're the right fit if you have :

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field like Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.Minimum 8 years of experience in electronic manufacturing maintenance with excellence problem solving and analytical skills.Proven experience as a Maintenance Engineer in High-Volume Assembly-Type Industry and proficiency with Auto CAD and PLC (knowledge in SAP is an advantage).Strong knowledge in machine automation and robotic (knowledge in IoT is an advantage).Familiar with ISO9001 QMS , ISO45001 OH&S, ISO14001 EMS, ( knowledge in ISO 13485 FDA Class 1 Quality Management is an advantage).

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
This is an onsite role.
