Roles and Responsibilities

Ensure all equipment and tools are in optimal working condition by implementing effective preventive and corrective maintenance plansLead, coach, and develop the maintenance team; manage staffing, performance evaluations, and development plansContribute to the execution of operational strategies by leveraging deep technical knowledge and analytical skillsApply best practices in maintenance operations, while understanding the competitive landscape and industry trendsPropose and implement solutions to complex manufacturing challenges using sound engineering judgmentLead small-scale, low-risk projects and support cross-functional initiativesServe as a technical resource and mentor for less experienced colleaguesCommunicate performance expectations clearly and manage sensitive issues professionally

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical EngineeringMinimum of 3 years’ experience in maintenance, manufacturing, or investment-related environmentsStrong technical knowledge of production processes and resource planningExcellent command of English, both written and spokenResidency in or willingness to relocate to Istanbul or Kocaeli
