**POSITION SNAPSHOT** Location: Islamabad Factory Company: Nestlé Job Type: Full-time Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree / preferably Electrical or Mechanical Engineering Experience: 2- 3 years experience **POSITION SUMMARY** Provide support for Maintenance and Improvement (M&I) professional and technical activities in the factory. Ensure that all M&I activities enhance business objectives, product quality, and plant operation/performance while never compromising on the health and safety of people, product safety, and the environment. **A DAY IN THE LIFE …** 1. Participates in Capital Investments projects in the factory, ensuring that the technical solution follows corporate and market standards. 2. Delivers quality implementation and training of operators and maintenance crews. 3. Understands the technical details of the M&I solutions in all projects. 4. Ensures Process & Equipment safety for people, products, and the environment, maintaining an attitude of absolute intolerance for unsafe situations. 5. Manages "Change Management" to appropriately handle modifications in the M&I solutions. 6. Ensures compliance with market and local M&I-related legislation. 7. Plays a key role in the continuous improvement of our factories by mastering process and product characteristics. 8. Participates in the implementation of engineering tools at the site level (e.g., NSAT, NIMS, AMM). 9. Ensures all M&I installations comply with market and corporate safety, health, environment, product safety, and product quality standards. **WHAT MAKES YOU SUCCESSFUL?** 1. Supervise technical teams, contractors, and other third parties. 2. Contribute to the development of engineering projects as part of a multidisciplinary team, ideally involving various products and technologies. 3. Assist in the start-up of technical equipment and production lines. 4. Manage oneself by adhering to defined KPIs and goals and proactively monitor progress. 5. Experience with Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), preventive maintenance planning, and/or maintenance execution is preferred.
