We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Electrician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems ranging from 480V to 120V. The role involves diagnosing and repairing motors, motor starters, VFDs, MCCs, transformers, breakers, and control panels, while adhering to safety procedures such as Lockout/Tagout (LOTO). You will also be responsible for reading and interpreting electrical schematics and diagrams.
ResponsibilitiesInstall, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems (480V, 277V, 240V, and 120V).Diagnose and repair motors, motor starters, VFDs, MCCs, transformers, breakers, and control panels.Perform Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures and verify zero-energy states.Read and interpret electrical schematics, single-line diagrams, and panel layouts.Troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment, addressing I/O, power supplies, and communication issues.Identify faults in control logic and collaborate with engineering and controls teams.Experience with Allen‑Bradley platforms or Siemens is preferred.Essential SkillsElectrical system troubleshooting and maintenance.PLC troubleshooting and maintenance.Proficiency in reading electrical drawings and control schematics.Skilled in using testing equipment such as multimeter, megger, and clamp meter.Additional Skills & QualificationsJourneyman Electrician license or equivalent certification.5+ years of industrial electrical experience, preferably in chemical or process manufacturing.High school diploma or GED; technical/trade schooling is a plus.Experience with mechanical, hydraulics, pneumatics, and preventive maintenance.Why Work Here?We offer comprehensive health benefits including Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance, and Life Insurance.
