Job Description We are seeking a versatile and mechanically inclined Maintenance Electrician to support our manufacturing operations. This role goes beyond electrical work, requiring a hands-on professional with experience in hydraulics, pneumatics, and general industrial maintenance. The ideal candidate is a jack-of-all-trades who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can collaborate across departments to ensure smooth plant operations. Key Responsibilities: Perform electrical troubleshooting and read electrical circuit diagrams Maintain and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems Conduct preventative maintenance including lubrication and inspection of machinery Respond to breakdowns and perform hands-on mechanical repairs (e.g., plumbing, leaks) Collaborate with production, supervisors, process technicians, and purchasing teams Source parts and support the purchasing process when needed Work with robotics, injection molding machines, chillers, ovens, and other equipment Interpret technical drawings for troubleshooting and repair We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
