**Job Title: Maintenance Electrician** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Electrician to join our team on the 1st shift as an Electrical Controls Technician. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing electrical problems with production, quality, and inspection equipment. You will ensure equipment runs properly by moving and positioning it and participate in continuous improvement activities, implementing machine and program modifications. Additionally, you will troubleshoot and repair PLC, PC, NC, and CNC controls, and perform electrical work and basic mechanical installation and repairs throughout the facility. **Responsibilities** + Troubleshoot and repair electrical problems with production, quality, and inspection equipment. + Move and position equipment to ensure proper functioning. + Participate in continuous improvement activities and implement machine and program modifications. + Troubleshoot and repair PLC, PC, NC, and CNC controls. + Perform electrical work and basic mechanical installations and repairs throughout the facility. **Essential Skills** + PLC troubleshooting experience with Fanuc, Siemens, or similar systems. + Ability to identify and repair electrical issues. + Hydraulics and pneumatics knowledge. + Robotic troubleshooting experience. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with CNC machine controls using Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or Fanuc control systems. + PLC and HMI programming and troubleshooting skills. + Variable frequency drive and vision system troubleshooting. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy a comprehensive benefits package including 401(k) matching, dental, health, and vision insurance, and flexible spending accounts.
