As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for preventive, planned, and emergency maintenance in a fast-paced production environment. You will play a critical role in keeping equipment running safely, efficiently, and reliably while supporting continuous improvement initiatives. **Key Responsibilities** + Perform preventive, planned, and emergency maintenance on production equipment + Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and PLC-controlled systems + Support equipment changeovers and complete scheduled PMs + Diagnose and resolve issues in a live production environment + Perform quality checks to ensure equipment meets production standards + Work closely with maintenance, production, and support teams to minimize downtime + Complete all required training in compliance with Adient and customer standards **Qualifications & Experience** + High School Diploma or GED + Requires at least 3 years of relevant field experience. + Journeyman Card from the Department of Labor is a plus + Prior experience as a Millwright, Electrician, or Machine Repair Technician in an automotive manufacturing environment + Experience in automotive sheet metal stamping preferred + Experience with large transfer and progressive dies is a plus + Working knowledge of PLCs + Able to work Second Shift: 1:45 p.m. - 9:45 p.m. **Physical & Work Requirements** + Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. as needed + Ability to stand and walk for 8+ hours per shift + Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively with support personnel **PRIMARY LOCATION** Battle Creek Seating Component ManpowerGroup is committed to providing equal employment opportunities in a professional, high quality work environment.
