Reporting to the Reliability Superintendent, and you will be part of the Maintenance Department.  You will ensure that the goals and objectives are achieved while promoting and respecting Agnico Eagle’s values, Health & Safety Code of Conduct and the environment.

Assist in developing, reviewing, and optimizing preventive and predictive maintenance plans.

Develop Scope of Work for major jobs.

Support work order creation, prioritization, and scheduling in SAP.

Collaborate with supervisors, planners, and trades to ensure job plans are accurate and efficient.

Track maintenance KPIs and create reports(e.g., schedule compliance, backlog, PM completion).

Collect, analyze, and interpret equipment performance and failure data to identify reliability trends.

Participate in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and recommend corrective actions.

Support implementation of reliability improvement initiatives (e.g., RCM, FMEA, lubrication programs, condition monitoring).

Work with operations and maintenance teams to reduce unplanned downtime and extend asset life.

Contribute to projects focused on improving equipment availability and reducing lifecycle costs.

Assist in developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and maintenance best practices.

Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards in all activities.
