Job Summary
KBR is seeking to hire an analyst candidate for an exciting opportunity in an emerging Department of Defense (DoD) system. Join our engineering team to help shape the future of an exciting Army Program! We are seeking an experienced analyst that is adept at reviewing detailed technical drawings and/or specifications, OEM technical data and test plans/reports, and has experience reviewing Software Requirement Documents. An ideal candidate is comfortable detailing their analyses and/or designs in briefing-format and is also experienced supporting an Army or other DoD customer.
Basic Qualifications
· Engineering BS Degree or Other Degree with Relevant Experience
· Ability to Obtain and Maintain DOD Security clearance
Preferred Qualifications
· Understands and can interpret technical Drawings in accordance with ASME Standards
· Demonstrates past experience writing and/or reviewing technical reports, providing analyses directly to customers
· Experience working within the DoD Systems Engineering and Acquisition Processes
· Demonstrates experience working with a technical system - transitioning from conceptualization to fielding
· Candidates with 5+ years of missile defense experience and mobile ground systems
· Understands and can analyze technical documents with a focus on releasability recommendations
· INCOSE Certification in Systems Engineering or a relevant mechanical area of knowledge
· Knowledge and/or experience with JIRA Ticketing
