The Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for implementing preventive maintenance, collaborating with service providers, and performing regular inspections of equipment and supplies. This position will organize and manage the spare parts inventory, the repair manuals, ensure proper permits & certificates are available from every contractor, and maintain the entire parts area. The Maintenance Coordinator will purchase goods and services according to departmental and organizational policies, and procedures. In addition, is responsible for all company vehicles including the routine maintenance, tags, and licensing.
