The Maintenance Worker performs general maintenance duties such as recommending needed repairs and capital improvement projects; operating hand tools, power tools, motorized equipment, and machinery to maintain grounds and building; performing road and driveway repairs and maintenance; assembling office furniture among others routine building maintenance activities in the Center.
The Maintenance Worker assists in making replacement and/or repair decisions for equipment, furnishings and appliances.
Two (2) years of service as a General Maintenance Worker including, but not limited to, experience with hand tools, power tools & heavy equipment, basic carpentry skills, and grounds keeping.
Possess a valid CT Drivers license from state of residence and able to lift or move 60 pounds.
Ability to work independently and have good customer service skills.
Compensation:
The hourly rate for this position is between $24.50 $32.00 Hourly. The pay range listed here is what Bright Horizons in good faith anticipates offering for this job opening. Actual compensation offers within this range will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education and training, certifications, geography, and other relevant business or organizational factors.Qualifications:
