JOB DESCRIPTION

 

Position Title: Maintenance Coordinator - Accident Claims

Department: Maintenance

Location: Greeley, CO

Reports to: Maintenance Claims and Inventory Supervisor

 

Principle Responsibilities:

Ensure all accident e-files are updated with estimate documentation and new photos.Weekly Meeting-Review incoming accident and damage reports with Safety Accident Coordinator for internal initial estimate cost for repairs.Create road calls for accident damage with ETC.Coordinate the estimate process and repairs with outside shops.Track repair units through the repair process and update systems.Review monthly Accident Accrual Excel Spreadsheet and update ETC and completed repairs.Review Accident Accrual line items with operations to determine items that will not be repaired and accrual can be removed.Maintain and update records for pending Accident Damage repairs.Provide Safety with Subrogated accident damage supports and estimages.Enter information for all repairs and Estimates into the TMT and TMW systems.Compile and update various weekly accident reports in Excel workbooks.Identify Towing costs that are due to warrantable failures to request policy assistance.Coordinate information with operations regarding repair schedules and completion of repairs.

Qualifications:

One year of related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Ability to read and interpret documents such as crash reports, photos, estimates, insurance claim documents, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.Ability to write routine reports and correspondences.Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as parts, labor, tax.Ability to apply commonsense understanding in order to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several variables in standardized situations.Must be able to communicate with drivers and external Repair Shops. Must be detail oriented.Must have basic computer skill experience with; Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft office, and web- based vendor programs.

 

Education: High School Diploma or GED required.

 

The applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits:
