The Maintenance Coordinator maintains adequate inventories of supplies for the Maintenance Department by monitoring inventory levels and working with suppliers on ordering necessary parts and supplies. This position would also be responsible for the organization of all documentation within the maintenance department, while ensuring that standard operating procedures are available for tasks and that preventive maintenance checks are scheduled and performed on all equipment. The role is expected to perform related duties assigned by management, which may be added, revised, or eliminated based on business and operational needs, with or without advance notice. Maintenance Coordinators must follow the direction and guidance of the Maintenance Supervisor, and the Plant Manager.

• 1st Shift – 8:00pm to 4:30pm
What we are looking for
· High School Diploma or GED is required;
· Previous Inventory control experience preferred;
· Able to maintain a professional relationship with vendors, contractors, and OEMs;
· Able to input and retrieve data from a computer;
· Microsoft Office experience is required;
· Able to communicate with maintenance staff regarding parts improvements, and removal or parts from spare parts inventory.
What you will do
· Organize parts inventories and related areas;
· Work with vendors, contractors and OEMs on scheduling and parts ordering;
· Requisition, order, and receive parts and supplies for the Maintenance Department, the ammonia system, and other departments
using CMMP software;
· Maintain maintenance and ammonia system records;
· Create and distribute maintenance reports using CMMP software;
· Other duties as assigned.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
· Prolong periods of standing 25% and sitting 75%;
· Occasional bending and twisting;
· Ability to occasionally wear hearing protection, hard hat, safety glasses and any other PPE as required; and
· Ability to hear, comprehend, and professionally respond to co-worker inquiries, comments, and concerns.
