**Job Description:**
**Maintenance - Camp Hill, PA**
Train on 1st shift for 30 – 60 days (6am until 2pm)
Position will be 3rd shift (10pm until 6am) and will stay late for maintenance repair days
On call for 1 week Monday morning to Monday morning then off call for 5 weeks
+ Microsoft office, Maximo or CMMS experience
+ 2 years instrumentation experience and/or equivalent degree or schooling (industrial or commercial setting); able to run conduit, troubleshoot, replace breakers, drives, relays, and read blue prints
+ Electromechanical - Trouble shooting
+ Packer / Palletizer troubleshooting
+ Preform Preventive Maintenance / Follow Maintenance Schedule
+ Install and maintain machinery and equipment.
+ Operate hoists, lift trucks, bobcat, telehandler, hand tools and power tools.
+ Snow Removal and Salting
+ Troubleshoot mechanical failures and pneumatic systems.
+ Basic knowledge of electrical safety devices (breakers, fuses, etc.) and how to replace them.
+ Know how to replace motors and bearings.
+ Demonstrated safe work behavior and a sincere desire to follow and improve upon safety policies and procedures
+ Welding is a plus not necessary but should be willing to learn.
+ Excellent communication & organizational skills; able to collaborate with colleagues and management teams to complete assignments in a timely manner and a positive attitude.
+ Willing to improve technical skills through on-the-job and/or outside training.
+ Commitment to ADM’s goal of achieving a zero injury culture by being an active participant in safety programs
+ Understand and follow company safety procedures
+ Watch for and report all safety issues
+ Follow all GMP and HACCP policies
We are looking for a maintenance tech that can do a little bit of everything and has experience but a stronger knowledge of electrical systems and components.
3 to 5 years’ experience is preferred.

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.
