The Maintenance & Calibration Manager will lead individual contributors and supervisors, and assumes responsibility for conducting effective performance management. Directs work flow for processes and assignments for the Production Equipment Repair & Maintenance team, and supports organizational objectives and business goals. Designs and executes project terms to meet objectives and goals of the Production Equipment Repair & Maintenance area. Advises on optimal work flow for strategic plans, and serves as a primary point of contact for escalation. Duties/Responsibilities + Manages a team of individual contributors and/or Supervisors, and is accountable for conducting effective performance management. + Coordinates processes and assignments for supervisors and individual contributors to achieve Production Equipment Repair & Maintenance goals. + Assists managers with the core development of front-line communications and decision-making for the departmental strategies, projects, and execution of the Production Equipment Repair and Maintenance program and associated key targets, objective, and end goals for the assigned value streams. + Devises timely and accurate project management reporting to management on project activities and progress against key deliverables, ensuring projects are on schedule to meet agreed timelines, as well as root cause analysis and implementation of robust solutions for downtime issues. + Advises team on policies and procedures to ensure compliance and achievement of the organization's objectives for the Production Equipment Repair & Maintenance function. + Responsible for managing operational aspects of their team (e.g., workflow, performance, and compliance), as well as ensuring achievement of team goals within established timelines and budgets. + Integrates Johnson & Johnson Credo and Leadership Imperatives into team goals and decision making. Qualifications/ Requirements: + A minimum of a Bachelors degree in related field + Experience building and maintaining a maintenance excellence program is preferred. + 6 years of related work experience Johnson & Johnson is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
