Summary: Seeking a Maintenance Associate to perform equipment lubrication, ventilation maintenance, building repairs, and other maintenance tasks.

Requirements:

Ability to check and manage gear box oil levels

Skilled in belt replacement and adjustment of ventilation louvers

Proficiency in conducting small repairs to floors, walls, roofs, pavement, grating

Capable of repairing air pumps and motor couplings

Experience with light bulb replacement

Knowledge of making minor changes to piping, fittings, hoses

Responsibilities:

Perform routine lubrication maintenance on equipment

Maintain ventilation systems including belt replacements and louver repairs

Execute small building repairs on various structures and surfaces

Repair air pumps and motor couplings as needed

Replace light bulbs throughout the facility

Adjust or replace components like piping, fittings, and hoses when necessary

Keep the workplace clean and orderly

Additional Information:

Must pass a background check including THC screening.

This is a temp-to-perm position.

Work hours are mid-shift (10 AM - 6 PM or 11 AM - 7 PM), Monday through Friday.

Expected to work 40 hours per week with an additional 10 hours overtime as needed.

 

 

 

 

Pay Details: $17.00 to $20.00 per hour
