WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING AS A MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
Perform essential work to keep our properties in great shapeComplete service requests in a timely manner, interact with residents, and keep your property’s systems in good working orderCoordinate completion of resident and management service requests in a timely manner.Prepare vacant units to occupancy standard within established time frame.Inspect property mechanical systems and grounds; immediately address safety issues with management.Conduct routine preventative maintenance activities in partnership with supervisor.Partner with Maintenance Supervisor to prepare site for inspections.Rotating on-call responsibility for emergency maintenance repairs.
Qualifications
Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00
