Maintenance Assistant Pay: $25 
Maintenance Assistant Hours: 1st shift, 7am-3pm -  A set daily schedule will be created, which will include weekend days.

We are seeking a Maintenance Assistant for a temp-to-hire position for our client, a private event and golf club located in beautiful coastal New Hampshire. The Maintenance Assistant will support the maintenance team with general building and property maintenance, upkeep tasks, and repair requests. 

As a Maintenance Assistant, you will be responsible for: General Maintenance: This includes tasks like minor plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs.  Property Maintenance: Maintaining the grounds and buildings on property.  Responding to Requests: Addressing requests for repairs and maintenance from clients or end-users. 
The ideal candidate for this role will have:  Practical Skills: The ability to perform a wide range of tasks, including minor repairs. Communication Skills: Being able to effectively communicate with others. Problem-Solving Skills: The ability to identify and solve maintenance issues. Organization: Being organized and able to manage tasks effectively. Physical Fitness: The ability to be on your feet for extended periods.
