In this role, you will be accountable for developing and deploying standardized maintenance processes, driving reliability improvements, and building long-term asset strategies in collaboration with site maintenance leadership teams. This role is critical to ensuring operational continuity, improved equipment performance, and sustainable productivity across all FPS facilities.
 

As a Maintenance & Asset Reliability Manager, you will be responsible for:
 

Developing and implement standardized maintenance processes, roles, and KPIs across all FPS sites.Leading reliability improvement initiatives, including RCA, RCM, preventive/predictive programs, and elimination of chronic losses.Creating medium- and long-term asset modernization and replacement plans aligned with business needs.Reducing unplanned downtime by improving maintenance planning, scheduling, and preventive maintenance effectivenessCoaching and developing site-level maintenance teams in reliability tools, maintenance planning, and asset care standards.Promoting a culture focused on safety, continuous improvement, and proactive asset management.

To be successful in this role you will:
 

Have higher education in in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related field.Have 7+ years of maintenance and reliability experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or energy environment.Have solid knowledge of preventive, predictive, and reliability-centered maintenance.Have experience with CMMS systems and maintenance planning & scheduling.Have strategic mindset with the ability to influence without authority.Have advanced leadership, communication, and change management skills
