Descrição do empregoPlan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance activities.Create preventive and predictive plan for machines.  Improvement of the plans when necessary.Define needs of spare parts.Manage inventory of parts and materials.Coordinate activities with maintenance, operations, and engineering teams.Develop and implement maintenance and repair plans.Analyze maintenance data to identify opportunities for improvement.Troubleshoot failures, identifying root causes and implementing solutions. Developing the reliability of the equipment’s.Prepare performance and maintenance reports.Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.Optimize costs and reduce downtime.Train and coach maintenance technicians.Creation of the maintenance instructions and standards.Maintain updated records.Performing Failure Analysis.

Qualificações

University degree, preferably engineering, mechatronic engineering, electrical engineering or related discipline.
