Job Description

The Maintenance Analyst will provide technical expertise in maintenance systems, equipment's, and processes. Will take analysis of equipment downtime in order to increase machine reliability, install, maintain, repair and optimize maintenance systems, ensuring efficient and safe operations.

Developing the reliability of the equipment’s. Troubleshoot issues, failure analysis, identifying root causes and implementing solutions.Application of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) focus on Planned Maintenance. Optimization of scheduled shutdowns, applying methodologies such as Lean.Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.Develop and implement maintenance procedures and standards.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, operations, and maintenance).Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards and company policies.Document maintenance activities, repairs and modifications.Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices.

QualificationsUniversity degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related fields.Experience in Maintenance Management Systems, SAP PM and TPM.Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks).Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Effective communication and teamwork skills.
