Salary: £12.27 an hour (Part Time - 20 Hours a week)

Flexible shifts 5 day a week (4 hours a day)

What will I be doing?

\n

As a Maintenance Assistant/Administrator, you are responsible for carrying out appropriate maintenance administrator duties promptly and to the highest standards to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience.

\n\nImplement maintenance administration duties\nWeekly, monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly, bi-annual and annual checks, training will be provided\nRespond to all enquiries promptly\nDealing with invoices and Tasks ordering\nFollow planned preventative maintenance programmes\nEnsure good relationships with internal and external customers and contractors\nEnsure energy conservation initiatives are implemented\nFollow C.O.S.H.H regulations, in particular the storage of hazardous substances\nAttend additional training suitable to the role\n\n
