Position Summary:

Person in this position will be responsible for the repair and the maintenance of WestCare facilities. Essential Job Functions include those listed below.

Essential Job Functions:

Maintain the facility grounds and maintain buildings in a safe and efficient operating condition. Maintain an inventory of supplies, donated items, and a tool control system. Maintain, schedule, and supervise clients assigned to perform duties associated with the maintenance of the facility and grounds. Respond to routine emergencies and make normal repairs. Define problems and provide assessments for anything that must be repaired or replaced. Respond to work orders daily. Transport clients outside of the facility, e.g., to perform job duties and to attend appointments. Participate in daily shift exchange including documenting in facility log at the end of the shift and thoroughly reviewing the log at start of the shift.
