Responsibilities:
Conduct regular maintenance checks on HVAC systems and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Utilize schematics and mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair issues.
Lead and supervise maintenance staff, fostering a collaborative work environment.
Implement and maintain a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for tracking work orders.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing facility-related concerns promptly and effectively.
Perform welding and electrical tasks as needed, ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Working hours: 10:00 PM - 7:00 PM

Skills:
Proficient in English with strong communication skills
Mechanical knowledge and experience in facilities maintenance
Familiarity with schematics and HVAC systems
Experience with programmable logic controllers and electrical systems
Leadership skills with a background in supervising maintenance teams
Customer service experience and ability to work collaboratively
Knowledge of welding and use of an ohmmeter is a plus
