Job Description We are actively seeking a skilled and driven Second Shift Maintenance Technician to join our team at the Osseo/Maple Grove facility. This pivotal role is essential to ensuring the seamless operation of both equipment and facility systems, with a strong focus on safety, technical proficiency, and collaborative teamwork. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in maintaining hydraulic systems, pumps, vacuums, electrical components, and other mechanical infrastructure. Responsibilities include performing preventive maintenance, as well as conducting real-time assessments and troubleshooting of production line disruptions. Working alongside two technical leads and three operators, the technician will be expected to adhere to safe work permit protocols and consistently uphold a safety-first mindset in all aspects of the role. Skills and Requirements Minimum of 5–8 years of experience in industrial mechanical maintenance or a related field. 3+ years experience with mechanical troubleshooting. 2+ years experience preventative maintenance on hydraulics, pumps, vacuum, electrical, etc. Ability to work the second shift (3:30 PM – 11:30 PM). Boiler experience / Boiler Certification PLC Experience Heater band experience Strong hands-on troubleshooting assessments Strong soft skills and a proactive, ambitious attitude.
