Your ‘day to day
Ensure compliance to all PMI and legal standards, policies and guidelines related to Environment, Health, Safety, Sustainability to prevent personnel, asset or societal loss.Act and promote an interdependent and transparent safety culture fostering the utilization of preventive/predictive approach in line with Open+/IOS
Participate to Daily Direction Setting (DDS), provide inputs and actions related to any maintenance activities and tasks to be completed during the following planned downtime and about Repair and Maintenance (R&M) cost measure and actions.
Ensure that Reapplication Management & Kaizens are executed in line with QMS requirements as technical expert
Participate as technical expert to problem solving processes to close quality issues
Ensure that each modification to the process guarantees the quality of the product
Contribute as technical subject matter expert to problem-solving activities coaching on standard problem solving tools (Q Flag, IPS, 6W2H & UPS,PDM) to solve the problems on the line(s) related to materials and processes
Responsible to propose and implement optimal maintenance standards in quality perpective
Lead the scheduling and participate in the execution of the regular planned downtime in compliance with maintenance tasks.
Review, prioritize and manage 24 hours’ work notification and backlog work orders in order to meet the business result.
Ensure maintenance of technical documentation and spare parts are available and up to date.
Participate in the development and reviews of the line(s) annual maintenance plan.
Collect feedbacks to escalate and improve maintenance strategies
Own Breakdown Elimination, Maintenance Planning & Scheduling and Maintenance Cost Management DMSs. Co-own Defect Handling to integrate in scheduling board
Participate in developing, executing and reviewing the 90 days master plan in order to drive breakthrough result in machine performance through reducing planned and unplanned downtime.
Prepare monthly and yearly Loss Analysis for Repair and Maintenance cost and propose and monitor budgets and RFs
Promote and validate Kaizens raised by teams by executing adequate risk assessments as technical expert
Coach the autonomous/self sufficient team in order to create the technical capabilities on equipments
Communicate in timely manner on loss elimination priorities, plans and responsibilities to ensure cross-functional alignment. Share knowledge and methods to encourage and foster benchmarking, reapplication and continuous improvement.
Take responsibility for the completion of own training plan and comply with the requirements established in the Qualification Matrix.
Act as Pillar Member of the assigned pillar
Cooperate with the Line Lead for implementation of Standard work process defined in Pillars (PM, Breakdownt elimination, etc)
Ensure self and qualify team capabilities based on step-up cards according to IOS/OPEN+ in autonomous/self sufficient teams
Develop the capability of the team on preventive/preditictive techniques, technical mastering and technical troubleshooting through coaching and delivering on the job training
