What You'll Be Doing

Perform maintenance and repair of aggregate plant equipment including crushers, conveyors, and screensWeld and fabricate components to support plant operations and equipment reliabilityConduct inspections and preventative maintenance to minimize downtimeTroubleshoot mechanical issues and implement effective solutionsCollaborate with team members to ensure safe and efficient operations

What Are We Looking For

Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and welding proficiencyAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and schematicsCommitment to safety and adherence to operational proceduresFlexibility to work in a fast-paced, outdoor industrial environmentStrong problem-solving skills and teamwork orientation

Conditions of Employment

Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background checkSome positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

Work Environment

Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
