What You'll Be Doing

Lead troubleshooting and advanced repairs of mechanical systems and equipmentPerform preventive maintenance tasks to enhance equipment reliabilityFabricate or modify components to meet operational specificationsCollaborate with plant leadership on maintenance planning and improvementsMaintain detailed records of repairs, parts usage, and inspections

What Are We Looking For

Advanced mechanical skills with ability to diagnose and resolve complex issuesThorough understanding of industrial safety procedures and best practicesResourcefulness and adaptability in dynamic operational environmentsProven ability to interpret technical diagrams and maintenance documentationStrong team player with initiative and effective communication

Conditions of Employment

Work Environment

Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
