What You'll Be Doing

Perform routine and corrective maintenance on plant equipment and machinery

Troubleshoot mechanical issues to minimize downtime and support production goals

Replace or repair components using hand and power tools

Maintain accurate maintenance records and follow established work procedures

Support a culture of safety and continuous improvement

What Are We Looking For

Proficiency in mechanical maintenance, including troubleshooting and repair

Strong safety focus with knowledge of proper lockout/tagout and PPE practices

Self-starter with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Effective communication and team collaboration skills

Ability to work in a physically demanding industrial environment

Conditions of Employment

Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check

Work Environment

Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
