Main Shop Service Advisor Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a professional and courteous manner Accurately document vehicle concerns and service needs Provide detailed cost estimates and clearly explain recommended services Coordinate repair timelines and communicate status updates to customers Work closely with technicians to ensure timely and accurate service completion Maintain customer satisfaction through follow-up and consistent service quality
