・Ensure smooth and efficient daily operations in the restaurant and bar
・Oversee overall management functions including revenue management, cost control, and team performance
・Train, develop, and manage staff, including scheduling and time sheet management
・Plan and execute promotional events and develop innovative menu concepts

・Word、Excelを含む中級レベルのPCスキル
・ラグジュアリーラウンジまたはバーにおけるナイトタイムオペレーションの経験があれば尚可
・VIPゲスト対応およびリレーションシップマネジメントのスキル
・カクテルおよびプレミアムビバレッジに関する深い知識

・Management experience in the Food Beverage field, with both restaurant and bar experience required
・Extensive knowledge of food, wine, and beverages
・Strong service skills with the ability to support and train team members
・Intermediate level or higher proficiency in both English and Japanese
・Intermediate PC skills, including Word and Excel
・Experience in luxury lounge or nightlife-oriented bar operations is a plus
・Strong guest engagement and relationship management skills, including VIP handling
・Deep knowledge of cocktails and premium beverage offerings
