First Shift: Monday - Friday
Position is required to travel daily between Hospital location in compliance with company policies and safety procedures.
Access Directory Services to look-up mail which are incorrectly or incompletely addressed
Provide dependable and accurate Mail Pickup and Delivery, which includes USPS (Priority, BRM, Certified) and internal company mail
Sort and prepare mail for delivery to mailstops and courier pick up
Retrieve outgoing USPS and intra-company mail from all mailstops located onsite and at offsite facilities
Sort, verify and Meter all USPS and Presort mail
Provide miscellaneous mail services as directed by the Department Manager
Attention to detail and Exceptional customer service are a must
Time management and the ability to work independently while traveling to offsite location for daily mail runs is imperative
Fulfill all incoming toner request in accordance with client needs
Ensure that management is aware of operational issues at all locations and provide solutions
Help ensure that mail equipment is properly cleaned, serviced, and effectively utilized
Maintains and cleans all equipment on a regular basis.
Place service calls for all onsite and offsite Copiers
Assists in the inventory and organization of all supplies.
Assist manager and team members to increase efficiency in job processes, and production.
Assist in all phases of copy production – GBC Binding, folding, drilling, cutting, laminating
Basic computer skills including Open, save and sending electronic files; experience using email; Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat Pro
Must be able to lift up to 50lbs throughout the day
Individual is required to frequently stand, bend, push and pull for extended periods throughout the day
MUST HAVE 2+ years of experience in mailroom operations role

The compensation for the position is: $20.40 - $24.00
