Job Title: Mailroom Associate
Job Description

As a Mailroom Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of mail and packages throughout the campus or distribution facilities. You will be responsible for receiving, sorting, and delivering incoming and outgoing mail, supporting internal departments, and maintaining a high level of accuracy and customer service.

ResponsibilitiesReceive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages to appropriate departments and personnel.Prepare and process outgoing mail, including USPS, FedEx, UPS, and other courier services.Maintain accurate records of deliveries and shipments using tracking systems.Operate mailroom equipment such as postage meters, scanners, and label printers.Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery and pickup.Assist with inventory management of mailroom supplies.Support special projects and events requiring mail or package logistics.Essential SkillsMailroom operationsFiling and scanningClerical dutiesSorting mail and packagesAdditional Skills & QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent required.Previous mailroom, shipping/receiving, or logistics experience preferred.Strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs.Proficiency with basic computer systems and tracking software.Work Environment

This position is located onsite, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 4:30 pm. The work environment is dynamic, inclusive, and innovative, offering opportunities for growth and development within a global brand.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
