Mailroom Associate
Position Profile

Schedule: Part-Time | Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM – 12:00 Noon

Performs analytical and interpretive tasks related to financial and expense transactions. Responsible for prioritizing tasks to meet daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs. Duties may include customer service, internal training, legacy system support, data analysis, problem resolution, and escalation. Collaborates closely with other departments for review and resolution. Strong customer service and follow-up skills are essential.

Job Duties and Responsibilities Responds to customer inquiries via phone, email, and instant messaging within established timelines. Creates, monitors, updates, and closes employee profiles in the travel and expense database. Conducts research and analysis using tools such as Concur, Citibank, and online resources. Communicates customer policies effectively to external stakeholders. Troubleshoots and resolves intermediate to advanced Concur and expense-related issues. Escalates unresolved issues to management for timely resolution. Maintains files and control records in compliance with internal controls. Interacts regularly with employees across departments (Executive, Treasury, HR, Legal, etc.). Assists with reconciliation of corporate card accounts and other financial transactions. Provides customer service and training to internal and external users. Adheres to both Ricoh and customer policies and procedures. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word. Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience. Prior experience in Customer Care or Technical Support preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills. High attention to detail. Excellent analytical and organizational skills. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Ability to multitask and manage fluctuating workloads. Effective decision-making skills. Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. Strong team collaboration and independent work capabilities.
