**About the Role:**
As a CBRE Mail Services Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising all aspects of the mailroom operations for a building or campus.
This job is part of the Office Operations function. They are responsible for providing office support to a client, business function or individual contributor.
**What You’ll Do:**
+ Supervise personnel assigned to mail services. This includes establishing work schedules, assigning tasks, cross-training staff to perform shipping/receiving duties as back-up, and evaluating and developing performance.
+ Conduct personnel meetings as necessary about safety, procedures, and operations.
+ Maintain records of the mailing costs incurred by each business unit or department and implement cost savings programs and procedures to increase efficiency.
+ Maintain policy and procedural manuals for mailroom operations. Recommend changes and inform mailroom personnel of changes made.
+ Monitor on-line production/copy requests, set up conference rooms for client meetings, answer telephones and take messages in a professional manner.
+ Resolve complex problems and identify appropriate approaches to existing solutions to accomplish team objectives.
+ May establish new techniques to ensure the team is able to meet its objectives.
+ Has a direct impact on the team objectives as well as the objectives of related teams.
+ Ensure personal and team outcomes have a positive impact on customer objectives.
+ Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Guide team through the application of basic knowledge of practices and procedures. Work to build consensus.

**What You’ll Need:**
+ High School Diploma or GED with 1-3 years of job-related experience.
+ Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience.
+ Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
+ A comprehensive understanding of a range of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within own job function is required.
+ Ability to evaluate and communicate unusual and/or complex content in a concise and logical way.
+ In-depth knowledge of Google suite products. Examples include Gmail, Drive Google Cloud, etc.
+ Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
+ Advanced organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.

· CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Mail Services Supervisor position is $42.00 per hour and the maximum salary for the Mail Services Supervisor is $45.00 per hour. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
