The Mail Services Specialist supports daily mailroom and warehouse operations, ensuring timely mail processing, organized inventory, and excellent service to internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Process incoming/outgoing mail and distribute deliveries across departmentsManage mail routes, pickups, and time-sensitive deliveriesMaintain accurate inventory (manual and electronic systems)Receive and verify deliveries against invoicesLoad/unload materials and transport items between locationsKeep mailroom and storage areas clean, organized, and secureAssist with supply ordering, vendor coordination, and issue resolutionSupport small office moves and equipment/material handlingPerform data entry, scanning, filing, and recordkeepingProvide responsive customer service to internal staffQualifications
Prior mailroom, warehouse, or operations experience preferredStrong organization, attention to detail, and time managementAbility to safely move boxes/materials and operate basic equipmentCustomer service–focused with strong communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office and data entryValid driver’s license requiredWork Environment
On-site, 5 days/week in SalemSplit between office and warehouse settingsFast-paced, schedule-driven with physical activity including lifting and transportJob Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Salem, OR.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
