HIRING!! MAIL SERVICES SPECIALIST!
The Mail Services Specialist supports daily mailroom and warehouse operations, ensuring timely mail processing, organized inventory, and excellent service to internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
+ Process incoming/outgoing mail and distribute deliveries across departments
+ Manage mail routes, pickups, and time-sensitive deliveries
+ Maintain accurate inventory (manual and electronic systems)
+ Receive and verify deliveries against invoices
+ Load/unload materials and transport items between locations
+ Keep mailroom and storage areas clean, organized, and secure
+ Assist with supply ordering, vendor coordination, and issue resolution
+ Support small office moves and equipment/material handling
+ Perform data entry, scanning, filing, and recordkeeping
+ Provide responsive customer service to internal staff
Qualifications
+ Prior mailroom, warehouse, or operations experience preferred
+ Strong organization, attention to detail, and time management
+ Ability to safely move boxes/materials and operate basic equipment
+ Customer service–focused with strong communication skills
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry
+ Valid driver’s license required
Work Environment
+ On-site, 5 days/week in Salem
+ Split between office and warehouse settings
+ Fast-paced, schedule-driven with physical activity including lifting and transport
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Salem, OR.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
