Job Description:
Location: Cooperstown, New York
CoWorx Staffing is conjunction with a leading office technology provider to businesses nationwide is looking for a cand to Candidate to work in the shipping/copy/Mailroom department for a client in Cooperstown NY.
Pay ranges $24.00 per hour to $25.00 per hour
ROLE SNAPSHOT: Responsible for prompt delivery of various on-site work assignments, providing customer service and ultimately, customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Promptly informs supervisor of potential problems or customer concerns.
Promptly reviews and responds to management and client requests via emails, phone calls, text messages and verbal.
Strong focus on providing good customer service.
Responsibilities may include Copy/Print Production/Copy Center, Copier Maintenance, Mail/Courier Services, Reception/Office Services, Shipping/Receiving, Inventory Services, Warehouse, File Room/Records File Services based on assigned location.
Attends cross-functional trainings to ensure ability to provide coverage when short-staffed.
Desired Background/Skills:
High School diploma or GED equivalent or Relevant work experience required
Copy/Print Production/Copy Center, Copier Maintenance
Customer Service experience a plus
Basic computer skills
Must be at least 18 years of age
Tech Savvy a plus
Other Information:
Schedule: 7:00AM TO 4:00PM – 1 HOUR LUNCH
