BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Mail Production Specialist for an opportunity in Tampa, FL 33634

Job Details:

Position Title: Mail Production Specialist
Location: Tampa, FL 33634
Expected Duration: 6+ months (Temp to Hire)
Shift: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM M to F EST
Pay Range: $18/hr. on W2

Job Description

To distribute incoming and outgoing correspondence

Education/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent. 3 months to 1 year of production-related experience preferred.

Open, sort, and prepare incoming correspondence Scan incoming correspondence Record specified incoming documents Appropriately file imaged claims, appeals, adjustments, and inferior quality imaged claims Generate and mail correspondence related to submission errors Able to lift totes weighing 35-40 pounds Mandatory overtime required
