We are seeking an Mailroom Support Specialist to join a fast-paced team in the healthcare insurance industry. This position plays a critical role in ensuring accurate mail processing and fulfillment of marketing materials. Key Responsibilities + Sort and process returned mail daily (up to 10 trays per day) and deliver to the correct internal departments. + Fulfill marketing material requests and send them to sales agents, brokers, and members. + Assemble brochures, pamphlets, and guides for specific orders. + Insert envelopes and prepare mail for distribution. + Assist with organizing and moving boxes and items in the mailroom (must be able to lift up to 50 lbs). + Support mail center operations as needed. Skills & Qualifications + Experience in mailroom, printing, inserting, or receiving preferred. + Mechanical skills to adjust inserting equipment a plus. + Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment. + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. + Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Salt Lake City, UT. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.20 - $18.20/hr.
