岗位目标: 操作数控设备完成一系列组合机加工操作。

岗位职责: 

1、设定和操作数控设备完成一系列组合机加工操作。执行一系列完全由编程控制进给量、速度和循环等的组合机加工操作。

2、如有需要能绕过编程的控制进给量、速度等精心偏差调整的组合机加工操。

3、可能需要手工操作设备进行返工，或者补加工遗漏的操作，甚至完成加工整个零件。

4、能解读机器流程、工具布局、编程指令并能按操作设备需要打印出相关信息。

5、参与班前流程改进对话，积极提出生产中发现的问题和建议, 认真听取主管的各项要求。

6、严格执行岗位PPE的穿戴规定，严格遵守各项安全规定避免安全伤害事故的发生。

7、积极参与发现生产过程中存在的问题和风险，积极提交持续改进建议卡。

8、按时完成公司要求的各项培训，自主完成对工作有益的其他培训。

9、主动学习CPS和6 Sigma的知识并将相关知识应用到工作中。

10、严格执行标准化工作流程及其他各项质量管理规定，避免质量缺陷的发生。

11、积极配合质量管理人员分析发生质量问题的根本原因并按要求执行改进措施，避免类似问题再次发生。

12、严格按照计划实施生产、努力提高工作效率。

13、当因原材料、设备及质量等原因导致生产中断时应及时报告生产主管或领班，以便尽快恢复生产或安排其他生产任务。

14、按要求完成5S和TPM (全面生产力维护) 工作。

15、积极关注成本节约，努力消除工作中的各项浪费。

16、严格执行公司的其他各项规章制度, 及时完成主管或领班安排的其他工作其他工作。

在这个等级设定中的机器必须符合以下规定的标准：

1、设定和操作数控车床执行每个循环4个或以上功能的操作（车，磨，钻，铣或其它机加工）完成宽松公差或者任意组合的精密公差要求的零件。

2、设定和操作数控外圆磨加工精密公差要求的零件。

3、设定和操作数控车床达到以下要求得的一项：

A、有明显不同功能的机器工具功能的组合如磨和钻。

B、(i) 使用超过21把刀具；(ii) 使用超过10把刀具-其中之一是用于保证精密公差要求的。

背景/经验: 

1、为人正直，良好的人际沟通能力，强烈的责任心和团队精神

2、中专及以上学历, 机械专业. 能读懂机械图纸，了解通常的技术要求超过2年相关工作经验

3、能使用精密测量工具，量具等等

4、具备良好的5S和TPM (全员生产维护) 理念

5、具备简单的英语阅读能力

6、具备简单的计算机操作能力

JOB PURPOSE: Operates numerically controlled machines to perform a combination of machining operations.

JOB DUTIES: 

1、Sets up and operates numerically controlled machines to perform a combination of machining operations where the feeds, speeds and cycle are fully controlled by encoded instructions. 

2、Overrides speeds, feeds and adjusts offsets as required. 

3、May be required to operate machine manually to perform rework, missed operations or complete machining of piece parts. 

4、Interprets machining programs, tool layouts, encoded instructions and prints as necessary to operate machines. 

5、Participates in pre-shift PID (Process Improvement Dialogue), raise the issues and suggestions per the passed production, and follow all requirements from supervisor

6、Wears the required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) of his position properly. Strictly follow all safety policy to avoid any injury

7、Actively participate in finding issues and risks during production, and submit them by CI (Continue Improvement) cards actively.

8、Finish all required training on time, and finish all other work-related trainings which are helpful to his/her job

9、Learns all work-related knowledge of CPS & 6 sigma actively and apply them to his/her job

10、Performs Standard Work Sheet and all other quality management policy and guideline to avoid quality issue

11、Actively works with related people to analyze the root cause of quality issue, and take the action per requirement to avoid similar issue happens again

Perform production per schedule completely, and continuously improve efficiency

13、Timely report to operation supervisor or team lead when the production shut down because of material, equipment and quality issues, in order to recover to production ASAP or change the schedule

14、Perform 5S and TPM (Total Productivity Maintenance) per requirement

15、Actively focus on cost saving, and continuously eliminate all sorts of waste among his/her job

16、Seriously perform all policies and guidelines, and finish any other job which is arranged by the supervisor or team lead

Machines included in this classification must meet the individual criteria as specified:

1、Sets up and operates N/C lathes to perform four or more functionsper cycle (turn, face, bore, groove and other machining) to liberal tolerances, or any combination of such functions to close tolerances.

2、Sets up and operates N/C external grinders to grind cylindrical surfaces to close tolerances.

3、Sets up and operates N/C machines to perform either one of the following:

A、A combination of distinctly different basic machine tool functions such as milling and drilling.

B、(i) Use of over 21 tools;(ii) Use of over 10 tools - one of which is adjusted to maintain close tolerance on size.

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE: 

1、Be integrity, good communication skill, strong consciousness at commitment and teamwork

2、Require Technical secondary school or equal education background, major in mechanic. Can read mechanic print, and know normal technical requirement, over 2years related working experience

3、Can use precision inspection tools, gages and so on

4、Good consciousness of 5S & TPM

5、Can read simple information in English

6、Simple computer operation skill

This position requires the candidate to work a 5-day-a-week schedule in the office.
