Machinist (ENTRY LEVEL)
**Job Title: Swiss Machinist** **Job Description** The Swiss Machinist will be responsible for operating various Swiss machines, including Bx, BH Turret, and 327 laser Swiss, primarily producing orthopedic products such as bone screws. The individual will monitor parts to ensure they remain within tolerance and perform changes to offsets or tools as necessary. The materials used include titanium, stainless steel, cobalt chrome, and peek. **Responsibilities** + Operate Swiss machines to produce orthopedic products. + Monitor and ensure parts are within tolerance. + Perform changes to offsets or tools to maintain tolerance. + Inspect own parts for quality assurance. **Essential Skills** + 2+ years of recent experience operating and running CNC Swiss machines, ideally Tsugami. + Proficiency in blueprint reading. + Familiarity with CNC Swiss machines and deburring. + Experience in quality inspection and understanding of G&M codes. + Ability to perform tool changes and machine offsets. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with medical parts is a plus but not required. + Knowledge of ISO 9001:2008 and ISO :2003 standards. **Why Work Here?** The company is a smaller-sized medical device shop that stays current with technology and automation, offering a great range of benefits.
