Requirements :

At least have 5 years of CNC Lathe and/or CNC Mill experiencesDemonstrated ability tocrete products requiring tight tolerancesAbility and confidence to produce high quality parts in the estimated time frameAbility to read and understand engineering drawings Possess a strong knowledge of high performance toolingPossess a high level for attention to detailBe proficient with the use of Fanuc ControlsWill to work on split shift if requiredPrefer domicile in Surabaya, or willing to be placed in SurabayaPlan execute machining processes in accordance with the drawing and job card instructions

Job Descriptions :

Operate CNC machines within safety guidelines of the equiupmentCheck height, depth, and thickness of parts using micrometers, dial indicators, calipers, gauges and other presicion measuring equipmentConfidently perform 3 – 4 jaw set-ups, shaft turning, tool/drill grinding & internal keyway machiningMachine components ain a wide range of materials in varying conditions to close tolerances.
