**Job Title: Machinist** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Manual Machinist and CNC Machinists/Programmers to join our premier job shop environment. The position involves working with large, extremely expensive parts and requires precision and attention to detail. **Responsibilities** + Set up and operate manual or CNC lathes and mills, including Haas and Mazak machines. + _Manual machinists will not have to have any programming experience._ + Program machinery using G&M code or Mazatrol software with conversational code according to raw stock and blueprints. + Perform quality checks on CNC machined parts. + Operate and troubleshoot issues with CNC machines. **Essential Skills** + Experience with Haas and/or Mazak CNC machines. + Ability to set up and program CNC machinery. + Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints. + Skilled in using Mastercam and CAD for programming. + Experience with quality checks for CNC machined parts. + Working with tight tolerances and unique metals and alloys. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + CMM experience. + VTL (vertical turning lathe) experience. + MasterCAM or other CAD/CAM software for programming. **Why Work Here?** We offer a comprehensive benefits package including a 6% 401K pension plan, extremely good benefits, and a work uniform program.
