Responsibilities for a Machinist include but are not limited to: + **Operate Willemin CNC machines (necessary)** , mills, lathes, and grinders to fabricate and modify metallic and nonmetallic parts. + Assist in the setup of simple machining jobs and operate multiple machines when required. + Perform inspections using precision measurement tools to ensure parts meet specifications and ISO standards. + Maintain tools and equipment, follow safety procedures, and keep workstations clean and organized. + **Candidates for the Machinist role must meet the following requirements to be considered:** + Must have **prior CNC machining experience** (0–3 years minimum); no training is provided for this role. + Proficiency in reading blueprints and working from written/verbal instructions. + Must be comfortable lifting, pushing, pulling, or carrying up to 25 lbs occasionally. + High school diploma required; **Associate degree or trade certification** strongly preferred. + Able to work in a moderate-to-high noise environment and follow strict safety protocols.
